DESCRIPTION:Join us for a Benefit for the Military Order of the Purple Heart \nAugust 5th from 5 to 9pm \nTickets $25/person \nBBQ by Northern Lights Hy-Vee \nAugust Moon Band plays from 5 to 6 \nAUGUST MOON is a three piece acoustic band. Jeanette Hill on rhythm guitar\, Donn Samuelson finger-picking lead guitar\, and Larry Bady on the stand-up double bass. We sing and play acoustic folk music with some celtic music also in the mix. Our main venues are coffee houses such as Crescent Moon Coffee\, MoJava\, Bagels and Joe\, Gratitude Bakery and the V.A. Kauffee hause. We also play at many Senior Centers in the area to do our part in community service for Lincoln and neighboring towns.
